Important Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that all estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout—whether for free shipping orders (over USD $69) or paid standard shipping orders (under USD $69)—are estimates provided by third-party logistics carriers. While we prepare and ship your orders promptly, transit times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, extreme weather, carrier routing issues, or high-volume peak seasons.

Time-Sensitive & Gift Orders (e.g., Birthdays, Holidays, Special Events) If your order is intended as a gift or required by a specific date, we strongly advise placing your order well in advance or reaching out to our customer service team prior to purchasing. Because logistics costs are remitted directly to our carrier partners, we are unable to issue refunds for either order type solely because transit time exceeds the estimated range.

Your experience is still our priority! If your package is delayed, lost, or runs into delivery issues, please contact us immediately. We will gladly step in, track down your shipment, and take action—including sending a replacement order when necessary—to make things right.

Order Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your kit before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch (applicable to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe).Note: During peak holiday seasons, total delivery times may extend up to 4 weeks.

 Standard Shipping (Orders under $69.00 USD): 
  * Europe: $12.99 USD (Includes Full End-to-End Local Tracking & Import Processing)
  * Rest of World: From $10.99 USD
  *(Exact shipping fees and delivery options will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.)*

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
