Refund and Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or returns without any reason. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will accept a return or replacement upon receiving relevant photos or proof of the issue. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or replacement, you can contact us at support@loveinbling.com. Please note that we do not provide free return service; you will need to find a carrier and send the item back to us in its original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@loveinbling.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
